 Crime Statistics

The information in the middle column shows what has happened to the areas in which Connections operates.  This is factual data from Evanston Police for the 2 properties Connections manages as shelters using their Housing First - Low Barrier model.

The data has nothing to do with your moral compass. This data does not indicate whether you are a Democrat or Republican. This data has everything to do with Connections' ability to manage their residents, utilize staff, and their measure of success. The statistics below are acceptable to Connections.  If Connections for the Homeless were properly able to manage their tenants,  this website would not exist.

Please study this data then think as a homeowner, parent, and resident if you would want this experimental housing model, with a self reported success rate of 20%, in your neighborhood.
