* IN SUMMARY THE NEIGHBOR DRAFTED GOOD NEIGHBOR AGREEMENT STATES:
- all residents deserve a safe, stable place to call home, including shelter residents
- businesses have the right to operate without harassment, and panhandling.
- homelessness should be addressed without putting shelter residents in danger
- a well run shelter should not bring an increase in crime and drugs
- a Good Neighbor Agreement has to be reciprocal and cannot be enforced if the one party disregards the interests and legitimacy of the other

*WHO WE ARE: We are a group of organized residents: renters and home owners, business owners, and employees who live and work in the 4th Ward. However, everyone is welcome and encouraged to sign.

*What Will We Do with Your Signature: We will not reveal your name. We will only provide the total number of signatories to decision making parties. Our group is quickly expanding. Join us for a responsible and considerate approach to taking care of Evanston's homeless population.
